I used to work with a guy about 10 years ago who was a former care assistant. He told me that the people he worked with got the occasional handjob service. Something about mentally disabled folk getting a bit rapey and/or innapropriate when they feel sexualy frustrated and don't know right from wrong.

Might have been lying to me. Who knows

It's stuck in the recesses of my mind that this is more common than you might think, though more out of pity/affection than fear.

It's in an Irvine Welsh novel (or short story, can't remember).
