VenueModern flat in the middle of Camberley. Easy parking across the road.
CommsVery good - all carried out by text. I did suggest calling, as I like to speak if possible, but she (or her flatmate?) always replied promptly to texts. English not bad, good enough for the purposes. Asked for 45 minutes, which was £100.

I understand that she moves around on a weekly basis, next week Chelmsford (I think) then somewhere else, then back to Camberley. Has a duo partner, might give that a go next time.
