Potentially the Bilbao area should be good for punting. There are quite a few places listed on Wikisex, but I found things a bit tricky for several reasons, one being that most places don't seem to open until after 5 pm. After a few minutes I thought the chemistry worked so I paid a few euro for a towel and up we went to a room. The price was 150 euro for an hour with 20 extra for kissing.
