She says she's part time, so may not be focussing on her comms as well as she ought to.  Also, she's very new and, to give her credit, has her profile together much better than many other newbies.  However, an interesting FAQ
Q. Do you do extras?   A. Yes but that will cost a bit more for them

A levels appear to be included but not oral (W or OWO) and not penetration, protected or not.  Perhaps those are the "extras"
