I don't use that app, I go on the location a WG puts on her profile and then confirm that when I ring her. In this case just saying London is unhelpful to say the least in my book. I just did a 1 mile location check of EN4 and she doesn't come up, she finally came up when I did a 3 mile location check of EN4.
