Put it this way, how would you feel if you made a booking with a wg who confirmed all was ok, you turned up, only for her to go silent while you're outside? Let's say you mention it on here and several people chime in with "yeah that happened to me" but no one bothered to mention it in the form of a review - Would you not rather have known beforehand? I know I would.
I have been let down in the past, I can't remember the precise circumstances. Obviously it's not great, this is why I tend to prefer agencies, and it does undoubtedly count against Rebecca. But I would still prefer this to handing over a load of money and getting a crap service. We're all different and we all have different circumstances; I value my money more highly than my time, but then I always have been tight!
In answer to your first question, it's very hard to know whether information contained in reviews is accurate. It's really the luck of the draw. I agree that a string of positive reviews as agencies inevitably publish isn't remotely helpful. But neither is nitpicking over minute issues, or allowing some minor thing to colour your mood (ie. someone has a slightly dirty foot!). I read the reviews here, and I just have no idea whether anyone is going to be good or not. If a WG racks up enough reviews, someone will come along and say "I've heard she was great, but I thought she was crap". It's a bit like Amazon in that respect! The difference is that this is not a £10 DVD that I can sell on Ebay.
Anyway, if I see her I will write a review and then people can judge whether I'm a fit woman with enhanced tits or an unremarkable looking middle-aged punter...
And I'm sorry if I sound like a twat, I appreciate the efforts of the people who set up this site, and I don't mean to come along and piss on your parade.
