Well reviewed on here, I'd just had two weeks off and was up for this.

On the phone she was polite and efficient 12.30 am. Arrange to meet 4pm
Immediateley texts name of street and asks me to text at 4 for no.  I respond confirming 4pm.

Arrive early and check out street, maybe 200 yards long. 

4pm send text and start slowly walking, realise I am maybe 10 steps behind another guy who is checking his phone. He looks up and goes to a house on south side just past a turning.


No response.

5 past I call, no answer

walked around a bit and called agian at 4.15.  Nothing. and Nothing since.

That was unfortunate.  It almost certainly wasn't her that you spoke to on the phone but the maid / pimp, and I'd guess that there was a booking mix-up.  From your description it sounds like the other bloke just got there in front of you.

No need to wait till the instructed 4pm here, text at 3:30 saying on my way, see you at 4pm. Send another at 3:55 saying "in the area, will text at 4 for house number". Sometimes I get in early this way.

While escorts do get timewasters, it's no excuse and I note she didn't ask for confirmation, just that he phoned at the agreed time.

But, yes, after a couple of experiences where I turned up at the location and got the silent treatment, I also now sometimes text more leading up to the punt, even if the escort hasn't asked for it.

There is no guarantee you won't still get mugged off and get bumped for another booking, either by poor organisation or the escort just not giving a shit about wasting a punter's time, but it possibly reduces the chances of it.

Very sound advice. I now do exactly that often combined with a voice call just before to get the flat or street number.

this is excellent advice - encouraging reciprocal contact sets one's mind at ease and also reassures them that you aren't a flaky multi-booker.
