Also do they check for HIV/ STD as standard even though my reason for going is not related?

If you are regularly seeing escorts then yes the hep b vaccine is recommended, you have to go there 4times over a period of months to be vaccinated but it's worth it.
You will do a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and the bloods for hiv and syphilis
