I can say that it was one of the most enjoyable 1.5 hours I have had for a while, Started with FK with a bit of DFK during the session and to finish off with CIM & Swallow, I must admit to having a bit of a sweat on at the end but did I enjoy myself, yes I did and yes I would repeat it but only at the rb rates.
