Meeting was arranged via phone & text 2 days before the punt & I was asked to text at 7:30am on the day to confirm.
I explained I would be travelling for more than an hour to meet during the phone conversations.
As a precautionary measure, I sent a text the day before to confirm I was still good for the punt (no reply) & that I would text again in the morning as requested, which I did.
On the day of the punt & 30mins into my drive I got a text from Ashley asking if we could meet at 8-30am instead of 9-00am or could we change to 30 mins booking from 9-00am instead. Followed by another asking if I had got her text.
I pulled over & replied to confirm neither would work for me (would not be arriving until approx 8-50am due to journey time) & I wanted an hour. I confirmed I would leave it, turned around & headed for home.
Ashley is a fit looking woman with many good field reports & AW ratings as well as a few positive reviews on here.
Maybe she was having a difficult morning or maybe I was getting bumped for a regular, who knows, but I think in this instance a neutral review in justified which I hope is usful to other prospective punters.
