Reason for Negative

Punt did not happen, I walked.

Due to previous reviews, went to see her last night.
Was given Post code, didn't lead to her place.
Tried to call to verify, she did not bother to pick up, texted to ask for specific location, was told her flat is behind the post office. Her withholding the information leads to my lateness of 15 mins and she is unwilling to continue with my 1 hour booking request.

Showed her on my phone that Post code & house number given by text don't lead to nowwhere and is clearly a delay tactic to waste my time.

Appearance wise, she looks older than her stated age of 30.

will not return and if anyone choose to approach, be reminded that her place is in a dump back alley behind a post office, not in the residential street.

The post code you were given, sounds like the same place they gave to me. Its not far from the flat, but not where you need to be, to enter.

About the 1 hour booked did she try and offer 30 min or reused to offer any time at all 

That doesn't sound good and IMO, could be of a number of reasons why (and I'm no mind reader, as I don't know what, they were thinking).

But looking at her rates (screen shot be below) 30 = £80 and 60 = £100.  I also noted some back to back bookings when I punted her. I've seen these themes more than I like to at punts and locations, IMO. They hope or think, that most punters will just turn up and take whats on offer, and then pay only thinking with a dick and not just using it

I think while making my way to her place I already made up my mind to walk if she tries to deny my one hour booking. So I was adamant that she will either give me an hour or I will walk. She said there will be another client and one hour is impossible. There was also a punter before me, so back to back bookings for sure. Facial wise she isn't very appealing and I m glad I walked.

A good W/G can manage her self, and time (or manage upwards) when demand in high. But clearly looks like a case of short term gains and not looking for repeat and new punters.

I agree, I tried in Wimbledon and found her extremely difficult to book then but her house mate was always there so I'm not sure if the pimp has more girls there or if a maid answers there phones?
