Messaged to enquire about a booking for the next day. Agreed by Star via text with a request that I confirm by inputting on AW. Did so and texted to say booking was now on there and I'd wait for her confirmation before considering it set in stone. Got a text saying "thanks, I'll confirm tonight". Didn't read too much into that as lots of SPs deal with all their admin in one go once they have finished work for the day.
No confirmation that evening. I texted the next morning to ask if we were on as I wasn't making a 4hr round trip on the offchance and could she let me know before the time I had to set off or I'd take it as a 'no'. No reply until almost the time of the booking when I got a text saying yes, booking confirmed. Wrote back to say alternative arrangements had been made. Amused to then receive positive feedback for a meeting that never even happened
