Her profile says she works until 8pm. By my reckoning it's still daylight outside then. I seriously doubt a group of asian yoofs would start something in broad daylight in Whitechapel. Twenty years ago perhaps you'd risk getting mugged, but the area is now so tame it's laughable. It's rammed full of students, even in the summer months.
The only dodgy spot is the drug/alcy Salvation Army drop in center, Booth House, on Whitechapel Road. Some shocking looking people hang about outside there, 99% of them being white.
