If you want a parlour, catch the tram outside New Street Station and go 3 or 4 stops to St Pauls. The journey time is less than 10 minutes and you're then within a couple of minutes walk of Blue Ice and the Erotic Studio.
Otherwise stick to the independents. The parlour scene in Birmingham is not what it was.
