I phoned the agency on Monday evening last week to place the booking and, as requested, I texted on Thursday evening to confirm. The full address - including the house number - came back by return, which was very helpful.
The address is a terraced ground-floor flat in South Shields but although that's my home town I had a problem finding it; but that's no fault of the agency, more poor map-reading skill on my part.
