I'm visiting Newcastle this weekend, and the times that work for me to fit in a punt would either be Friday from 6pm, or Saturday up to 4pm.  I've looked at the links for the agencies, and there's really not much availability for those times.  For example, Mi Amours only have one WG working on those days, and Premium Escorts don't have any.

Is this just because the websites will get updated later on in the week once the agencies know who's available, or do weekdays generally see more WGs working?

I think the NE agencies all update their calendar for the upcoming week on Monday morning. So if e.g. Premium is currently showing no incall availability on Saturday, I wouldn't live in hope that it will change during the next 4 days. Historically girls were always a bit thin on the ground at weekends in the NE but it seems to have gotten worse since lockdown.

What sort of girl are you looking for? e.g. size, age, services.
Are you looking for an incall or can you do an outcall to your hotel?
Are you able to travel away from Newcastle city centre e.g. to South Shields, Durham or Sunderland?

I'll try to come up with some suggestions for well regarded girls who are available between 6pm Friday and 4pm Saturday.

Thank you for the advice.  I've looked at the Amour site, but the ones I like the look of are only offering outcall, which isn't going to work as I'm staying in a B&B, not a hotel.  Note to self - next time book a Premier Inn.

Ideally the WG would be under 30, no bigger than size 12, offering OWO and a good GFE.  I did try Ariana at MiAmour, but she's fully booked.

I could travel outside Newcastle on Friday evening, but not on Saturday.
