Yep, my bad. I commented before watching it and was in response to one of the comments on this thread about £100 for this work being robbery. The price was 150 ph in the documentary.
Seems I misunderstood and he meant 100 for the girl after the agencies cut, maybe the % cut is a bit high but tbh how many other jobs pay you 100 an hour with this type of flexibility.
The girls say they work agency because then it doesn't become full time commitment for them, sourcing and paying their own accomodation, answering phones/messages constantly etc and there is a better level of safety.
Anyway, enough before I get accused of being an agency plant.
