Seeing an escort who unknowingly is on her period.
Fortunately it has only happened twice throughout my illustrious punting career of 50,60+ escorts.  Both times initially shocked at the appearance of blood usually from stained knickers but both times still underwent with the appointment but with a slight queasiness that significantly decreased the enjoyment of that meet.  Both times I did not indulge in cunninglingus for obvious reasons.   Both times the girl's were apologetic at their unbeknown mishap. 
What would you of done?  What should I of done with hindsight?

I know its not the answer you have probably wanted to hear, but at the OP I would say you will not find out until way into the punt.

And by that time a good portion of the punt will be over, she will have your money, which there is no chance of you ever getting back, so your choice is to lose the money and walk as soon as you find out, or just put up with it and do stuff that will not be affected (i.e her giving you oral etc).
