This is not a review just a warning /advisement to others .
I was off and just been paid on monday so called zen on 07476 041410 as had been once b4 (sophie) see review.
I asked who/what nationality was working -then asked should I book or ok to turn up. Receptionist said book and took my name and time I wanted.i got ready travelled to zen .parked up then rung back door bell and receptionist come out.yes you can guess what happened ! No one available -can I come back in 50 mins.
I was fuming after booking and travel etc ( this is all my time ffs on my day off).I left not wanting a row and people to hear.
She called me 15 mins later and said one off the girls had took walk in thinking it was me??? And did I want visit later !
So was pointless giving my name and setting appointment!
I think zen has become a victim of its success-if you go make sure 2 book b4 and maybe call b4 you attempt to go in.
