B - Z; what does it mean?

I've been researching parlours before choosing one to visit, and the girls' likes/description often says "B - Z"

Not sure what this means.

I'd guess "A - Z" would mean "everything"  so maybe "B - Z" means everything EXCEPT ANAL, if a is for anal...

Or has it another meaning?
