I contacted the SP on Leicester listing. Clearly too good to be true, wanted a deposit for first time meets.
Found a remarkably similar profile with a different number listed in Northampton.

Deposit for an incall is ALWAYS a scam. For outcall it is a red flag and unless the escort is well known with good reviews, it should be considered very suspicious.
