What price Feedback on AdultWork?

When I first started punting I used to set great store by the Feedback a girl got on AW. I later began to realise that a lot of it was simply a matter of routine with some punters to write a few compliments about almost every girl in case they wanted to see her again.

However, we have now reached the stage where one Pro$$ie is now openly advertising in her Profile on AW that any punter who gives her Feedback will get a discount of £10 on his next hour`s booking and any punter who writes a Field Report will get a discount of £20 on his next hour`s booking (presumably any punter who provides both will get £30 off next time).

And, of course, any Report written with a view to either a £10 or a £20 discount next time will still be honest and objective........won`t it?

Maxes used to do this some years ago.. £50 off your next booking if you left a review (positive OR negative) on any of the main sites. I'm not sure how many negatives got their discount

I don't see this as an issue. If I saw a girl that deserved a bad or even neutral review, it would take more than a £30 discount to tempt me back. On the other hand, if she was good then a £30 discount for a few minutes work sounds like a good deal to me.

I suspect that there are already plenty of paid reviewers on AW. I've seen feedback from guys that would do 7 different reviews a week, moving up and down the length of the country. All fake.

A lot of punters don't leave feedback, the girl's doing a strategy to increase her feedback, I don't think its as sinister as you may think.

Yes, there are "professional" ghost reviewers out there.

I've been trying to find the ranting post where a guy had a bad punt but girl had tons of positive reviews and he was playing hell about the other punters not being brave enough to leave negative feedback. Despite his rant, his hypocrisy was astounding because she still didn't have a negative.

She's paying £50 for a field report and she wants to "approve it" to check it's suitable for her to use.  What she's doing is bribing people to write something nice about her not encouraging more detailed feedback for others' benefit.  It makes a mockery of the AW review system which is a waste of space already.

There's no point writing a fluffy report if you don't want to see them again. If it was a good punt and you're happy doing a positive review because you want to take advantage of a discount then it's all good.

Hi LL - I take your point entirely, but that wasn't my intent. I've had people write field reports that were very descriptive about my location, including one that just had my address written on it, which I obviously can't approve! Also, offering £50 off the next visit is quite different to paying someone £50... I wanted it to reflect that writing a field report, unlike just a quick line of feedback, represents a certain amount of effort on the part of the guy and that I appreciate that effort. Here's a screenshot of the emails sent to guys about what meant I couldn't approve a field report.

I tend to agree with the view that she has a good business head on her shoulders. She puts a fair bit into her AW listing, is articulate and in encouraging feedback would give me confidence in paying her a visit. Chances are she is a good shag if she aint afraid of what her punters say about her. Wish some of the girls in Brum offered the same incentives.

You're not giving a £50 discount to reward the effort.  What if some fluffy guy turned up with a gift for you that he'd spent a lot of time and effort making himself.  Let's say he'd weaved you a basket.  You might appreciate the effort but would he get a discount?!
Field reports are good for your business.  Be honest.

I do take your point that giving a discount is very different to just giving a cash payment though.  Mainly because in order to receive the discount the guy would have to make a return visit and would still have to pay something.  If he'd not had a good time he wouldn't be going back to see you.  So my comment about bribery was a little unfair.

I never said it wasn't good for business, because of course it is. If a fluffy guy had spent time doing/ making something for me that increased my business, yes, I would consider a discount for him.

I do genuinely care that people have a good time and want to return, and yes, I offer incentives for that. I'd rather see someone who I know is a pleasant guy than take a risk on someone new.

I've done this as well, if I've mde the appointment entirely by e-mail, and not used the AW booking system. But only if I felt some feedback was merited. And it would have to be good feedback. I'm not a big  enough hypocrite to make a phantom booking simply so I could then tear the girl to shreds in a coule of sentences.
