Having watched it through and not just the funny face pulling bit I conclude this to be video evidence of a shit punt. Off the top of my head here's the things wrong with it, please add your own...

spraying herself in view of the customer - get ready before we arrive
wasting time sorting out some fucking music - who gives a shit and if anyone does then do it your time not ours
talking bollocks about extras - sort them in advance, better still be all inclusive
offering a time wasting massage - declined
doing a shit time wasting massage anyway
talking about irrelevant shit throughout
taking a fucking phone call
not delivering the RO that was requested
constantly being distracted
not being 100% (or even 50% for that matter) focussed on the punter
clearly a duo booked but for much of the time it was more like a tag team effort
putting a shit video of a failed punt in your movies gallery

Now Mr Punter should have taken matters in hand, but this is a punter's forum and this is a post about service providers providing a poor service. It's not hard to get it right and these things are basics not a matter of taste
