Author Topic: Anyone got an STD from an Agency Girl? (Read 7647 times)

Agency or indie makes no difference. I used to date a WG (I had EAS - separate thread!!). She used to get STD tested every few months. This was for her own peace of mind and health. Not for the punters which she did not really care about in the same way she felt they did not care about her. In her busy times she would see a fair few guys in a day. She did not offer BB but she did offer DFK, DT, OWO and CIM. She preferred not to swallow but occasionally did as an occupational hazard. You can catch STDs from these habits and you can pass them on. Basically the WG is only ever as clean and disease free as the guys that she has seen between STD testing. Is matters not if she is in a parlour, agency or fully independent. It is a risk that us punters take.

I am not a lawyer but am aware of the laws on defamation - and normally truth is a complete defence against libel and slander, except in the case of sexually transmitted diseases in which case whether true or a lie it is usually always defamatory - won't bore you with the reasons why.

And before you say defamation cases are notoriously expensive and no escort is going to go to court - have you heard of no win no fee cases where lawyers have a dead cert case, especially as a punter is even less likely to go to court to defend a case rather than settle out of court?

exactly...... its ok to say girl A gives a shit service smells of fags and bo and is a smackhead. but you cant say if girl B passed on a std. when negative reviews are posted on girls people may give them a wide berth. on the other hand if people knew a girl had/has a std then they probablly wouldnt work again in the area. if they not going to be named then the posters shouldnt even mention it in the first place

Honest comment in a review is not defamation - same as when you review a restaurant or hotel in trip adviser, and if it's true they have no claim against you.

So if they give bad service or don't deliver what was promised you are free to say so.

But two things which are classed as being automatically defamatory are having a sexually transmitted disease and an unmarried girl not being a virgin - but don't think many escorts would have the cheek to try and sue on the second one!

Generally speaking, this is correct. But you can pick up or transmit an STD through the mouth as well as the genitals. As a wg I'm lucky enough to not have caught anything yet (touch wood). Some clients will walk in and want to see proof through text or letter etc. I think sometimes the man needs to realise we're in the same situation as him when it comes to a std. If I were you I'd ring the agency and let them know so they can make sure all the girls get checked as it will probably get spread around pretty quick through owo x

It means nothing really if youre experienced or not

You cut the risks by wearing a condom , if you have owo the then heightens the risk, its all about cutting the percentage down

Unless you are offering BB intercourse, you have no reason to prove anything to a punter. They should show you proof that they are clean, if they are asking you for a letter etc.

Barry you have a misunderstanding of no win no fee lawyers. They wont touch defamation cases. Even when they take up other cases, they buy ATE (after the event) insurance to cover themselves. The insurance will insist that the case has a more than 75% chance of success. This is not a dead cert case, especially if you really have had std - case notes from the gum clinic will prove this and as soon as they see the evidence, the lawyer will drop the case.

Also getting your details will mean going to court for an Order which will add up the fees.

I have looked at taking a case for defamation in the past and have looked into this in a lot of detail.

But saying that a punter may value his anonimity more than helping other punters. In that case, the poster should simply have not posted.

I've hesitated posting but yes herpes and you can never get rid of it, affects any of my sexual relationships now outside of punting. When it's active scared to risk it in fear of passing it on.

I just stopped seeing that particular girl when I realised money was more important to her than people's health.which was a shame as I was a regular to her. Would never have owo now tho as it just shows it's not worth the risk.
