Just been thinking. So say a prossie  charges £100 an hour. Says owo, sex etc on her likes list. Then has the disclaimer time and companionship blah blah blah

So hypothetically speaking - if you turned up and gave the prossie the cash , then she turned around and refused to have sex or any other sexual activity with you. And simply said you are paying for my time only, I don't do sex etc.  I suppose as a punter you don't have a legal leg to stand on, if you tried getting the money back off her, I think it's a civil matter and sexual agreements aren't enforceable in law. ( Not that you would take a prossie to court for a measly £100)

Wonder if anyone has ever come across a a wg doing this? I know that wg would get negative reviews and not any work long term.

Yep, it would be difficult to enforce as it would be your word against hers as to what was agreed, what was handed over and actually went down, let alone discussing the legality of 'time & companionship' clauses.

There are thieves & scammers in this business, there's a blacklist with some of them on the UKP wiki.  :hi:

No doubt more will appear, as they do, they will get added to the list to try and ensure they get as little opportunity as possible to scam punters.

Good point, that is why you ideally want them to put something in writing, be it text or AW message what service you want and are they going to do it, this then forms the basis for a contract, irrespective of the clause for "my time" as a new contract and terms has been agreed upon and supersedes the former.
This would then give you the the legal capacity to take it further.
But for £100, as said before, is it worth all the hassle. No.
You just have to check the reviews, and more importantly on here. If you TOFTT with a WG with no feedback/reviews then good luck.

They add the 'any money paid is for time and companionship ' disclaimer to profiles to legally distance themselves from the act of selling sex.
It's not illegal to sell sex or to pay for it. Soliciting for sex running a brothel or controlling prostitutes and having sex with a girl that is under age or who is being coerced or trafficked is illegal (even if you were unaware).
To take her to court for 'non performance' under a verbal contract you would need to know
Her real name and contact details
That she had the money or assets to pay your 'fee' court costs and any legal costs if you won. If you list you'd be liable to pay her costs.
Assuming you were satisfied you had all your ducks in a row and issued proceedings what do you think she'd do?
Send her pimp and a few of his mates to have a 'word' with you?
As soon as the court papers came through the letter box shut up shop delete her profile ditch her punting phone and move elsewhere?
Or BOTH OF THE ABOVE.

No it wouldn't.
As the OP alluded to, this would be considered an immoral contract, which are not enforceable in English law. Also, the disclaimers about time are worthless.

its always struck me as odd to see the usual disclaimer time and companionship blah blah and then the girl adds that its 50 quid extra for anal 20 quid for OWO and 30quid for CIM

It’s pretty obvious, is it not? I only ask as the OP makes strange posts 2-for-the-price-of-one (only review) and asks typical non-punter questions, such as what about getting a disease, they must be trafficked and so on, yet claims to have been punting for ten years.

Actually maybe the time and companionship disclaimer thing comes from the States, where it's illegal to sell or buy sex. Maybe the american prossies trying to cover there backs from law enforcement. It's made it to other countries as standard as every escort website seems to state it now.
