Serious Photo changes

Take a look at this.
Now, can you spot the slight anomaly in the profile pics,
the first one has serious photoshopping on -serious waist reduction, the 2nd one appears to look normal till you see the 2nd hand on the rhs of the image, and the 3rd one, well she has spent a serious amount of time under the sunned since the other photos had been taken.

There's not really an issue with hand.... Its just a double doored mirror wardrobe with one door a bit open so her reflection gets chopped.
