The only time that I've had the same thing is when I've got an RB up.

Same with RB, seems it then allows them during the RB, which is why I wont reply the ones that cannot read or are disgusting.  Some people mentioned thanking people that you reject that then means they can email you for ever more then for thanking people beiucse they are not suitable !
