It seems that from the outset, because you'd phoned expecting to pick up where you left off with her - but on a different number and she didn't know who you were - it put her back up. And once her back was up she basically just went a bit mental on you. From that point on you got the flaky, up herself version of her. Unfortunate.

That's correct. A booking can be confirmed either verbally, by txt or email, but it has to be an actual booking, with time agreed, before a review can be posted.
