Ok being attached i find it impossible to get them delivered

Can anyone help either by pm or on here on getting me some?

Kamagra seems shite so recommendations would be great and where to get them.

Sorry if this request is not allowed

You won't get them by this afternoon but order them from Lloyd's online pharmacy & select pick up option; choose an out of town pharmacy bobs your uncle & that boners back! Just don't take two an hour before a punt only to be bumped, that was an awkward bus ride...

I've collected the same day using the Lloyds online method.

Hey guys, just a few question about the Lloyds option. How easy is it order? Do you have to go through any sort of consultation - or can you just order and pick up first time round? Do you know if it go on your medical record? Thanks.

Very easy.
There's on online questionnaire/assessment which I would guess it would be best to be honest on.
It doesn't show on your medical record, though you could always lie about your personal details if planning to pay on collection.

As has been discussed elsewhere on the forum, there are a number of easy ways.
Lloyds online doctor is one such way, but there is a trade off with this option between cost and anonymity.
Others have mentioned cheaper options from supermarket chemists - not very anonymous
You can apparently order from other websites for home delivery - not always practical
I've only ever used lloyds - the only potential downside being nipping into the chemist, but as you can choose which one you can lower the 'risk'.

Another method, and the method I use, is you can get them from the GUM clinic in town (its the one that used to be a job centre) just up across the flyover from Manors Metro station.

Go in for your regular STD check and ask for a sexual health check. They will give you an appointment and they will discuss giving you ED medication. There is also a high chance of getting it free on the NHS too.

Its done confidential so they don't tell your GP. They do say its better for them to tell your GP they have prescribed it for you incase your GP planned on prescribing something that can have conflict with them, but if you refuse then its all done totally confidential and independent of your GP - same thing with the STD tests.

It normally takes a while for the appointment after making it inside your Gum checkup for the Sexual Health clinic checkup. I think from memory it was a three month waiting list. But its worth it in the long run.

At those prices I would get

Spedra 100mg - 4 tablets (£33.00)

Without any hesitation from that list.

At the risk of stating the obvious, why not go see your doctor & get him to give you a private prescription for them.

For example I saw my doctor a couple of weeks back & gave me a script for 4 x Sildenafil 100mg & now I've just been pricing them up, the variance of how much you pay is mental. Boots=£10, Centrechem=£4.50, Lloyds=£3.19 & Tesco's Pharmacy= £2.

So my advice to anyone would be get yourself to the doctor's, get a script from them & then shop around.

if you really got problem just go to you GP he give you as many you want for £20 i think and don't be a shame we   are in 2014 .
i went ones to asda because i want to try them and are very discrete  just ask to speak with the chemist only take 5 min

Two reasons.

The first is it is the newest PDE5 inhibitor drug. Released 20 years after the other three and designed to be an improvement on the others.

The other bigger reason is it is the only full dose tablet available in the list (100mg of it). The rest were all half doses; 10mg of Cialis and Levitra, 50mg of Viagra. The full doeses for them are 20mg and 100mg.

That means you can either be sure the Stedra will work by taking the whole tablet. Or easily cut it in half however you want to play it. But you cannot cut the other tablets in half (well obviously you can but I wouldn't risk it that they will still work as well).

This did not happen with me, it was only 4 tablets he was prepared to prescribe on a private prescription.

To be honest its surprisingly easy to do. Its only a brief 10 min chat. The way I did this was I went to Benton Asda. Picked up the leaflet on ED from outside the pharmacy and literally said can I chat to the pharmacist about this and handed him the leaflet to see what it was I was talking about.

He responded to immediately saying lets go into the back room and chatted. They were not trying to ask questions to not give me it. To be honest it seemed like it was a foregone conclusion that I was going to get it as soon as we sat down.

I will say I am very young looking (people always think I am 25) and like I say the Pharmacist didn't seem overly concerned with dishing it out as soon as I asked to chat about it so its not the case that you need to look like you are old / decrepit to get it.

And by the way nothing was looked at if this concerns you. Nor was anything looked at in my GP for a private prescription. However *everything* was looked at by the doctor in the sexual health clinic to get it prescribed. (They do a full checkup before giving you anything)

The higher dose for Spedra(Avanafil) is 200mg.

Also it's not any better than the other drugs in the class, it's just slightly different. It has a quicker onset & a shorter half life, which in layman's terms means it works quicker(15-30minutes) but the downside is it wears off quicker(Up to 6 hours). The biggest advantages of it is that there aren't any reported (yet!) side effects & it is unaffected by food intake.

Anyway there's more info here- External Link/Members Only

The one I'm interested in is the new one called Zydena(Udenafil) which apparently is as quick acting as Viagra(Sildenafil) but is as long lasting as Cialis (Tadalafil) but it's only been approved for use in Russia, South Korea & the Philippines so far.

This did not happen with me, it was only 4 tablets he was prepared to prescribe on a private prescription.

The "full" dose of Spedra (avanafil) is 200mg

I have had most forms of erectile dysfunction medication, on private prescription, over the counter (Tesco, Superdrug etc), and from internet pharmacy, all have a very similar effect, I use all of them at the "middle" dosage, this is how they worked for me!

Viagra (sildenafil) - 25, 50, 100mg - Works quite slowly 60 min or so, good for about 4 hours
Cialis (tadalafil) - 5, 10, 20mg - Works a bit quicker 45 min or so, good for more than a day (The 5mg can be taken once a day to provide constant effect, but did not work too well for me)
Levitra (vardenafil) - 5, 10, 20mg - Works quite quickly 30-45 min, good for about 5 hours
Spedra (avanafil) - 50, 100, 200mg - Works the quickest 15 min, good for about 5 hours (But I only used this a few times, so can't be certain)
There are some that you inject, and give you a hard on for about an hour without any sexual stimulation but I have not tried these

None of the tablets will give you a hard on, they just make it easier to get one WITH sexual stimulation
All 4 gave me similar side-effects, flushed face/back (about 25% of the time), stuffy nose, and occasionally indigestion/heartburn - all of these last a couple of hours.
The lower doses do not work as well, the higher doses are a waste as there is no difference in effect
I have tried a number of generic varieties and they work 100% the same as branded

If I could get them on NHS prescription I would go for Spedra as it works the fastest (But it did seem to give me stronger side-effects, cant be sure as I only had 4 tablets and thats not enough to tell), failing that I would go for Levitra.
As I can not get an NHS prescription I go for a generic Viagra - sildenafil from an internet pharmacy, simply on price.

I have been using ED drugs for about 10 years as I have a prostate problem and this is how they work for me, you may not be the same
