I suspect she's put the wrong county on her profile. The town names at the top are all London.

Wonder if she meant to select North London rather than Northumberland. If she's showing in the Northumberland section I bet she's wondering why the phone is quiet.

The postcode she has put in is SM6 which is Sutton in Surrey.
