I have been using the Seeking Arrangement app/website on and off for more than 2 years. During that time I had some bad experiences and also some very good ones. I usually pay £150-£200 per meet (3-4 hours).

I'm planning to visit Berlin, Brussels and Rotterdam this year. Probably staying in city for a week. I'm willing to contact girls in advance. Any of you guys have any experiences and suggestions to share?

How much shall I expect to pay for few hours or for an overnight? Shall I tell them that I'm looking for something long term and that I'm going to be frequently visiting their city. Or tell them the truth that I'm staying only for few day and I'm looking for some "bedroom fun"?

In conclusion, Is it worth it? Or shall I stick to escorts and brothels during my time abroad?

Depends where you go, obviously.  I haven't used seeking in those countries but I have in half a dozen others.  However, London prices seem fairly universal.

Berlin has been good for me in the past. I would suggest changing your location to Berlin before you start sending messages. My story was that I would be in Berlin for work on a regular basis and looking for something ongoing

Agree, some good sb's in Berlin but easily London prices if they look good! I had a couple of meets at €200 each but both indicated they were expecting more.

Don’t bother changing your location. I have used Seeking in about 6 countries and I simply message the girls saying I am coming to X for however long and would love to enjoy their company. Pfrase it how you want. Your location won’t be an issue. If anything it will be a point of interest.
