Hello,

Has anyone met with this lady, I have read a few horror stories however they may have been confused with another lady in Harwich. I have had some contact back and forth and she comes off as really lovely and has really good feedback however do not want to get caught out and I have read somewhere she makes people fill out reports before they leave almost forcing them to write good things that strikes me as odd.

Any thoughts would be great thank you
