As such he needs to just back away rather than his self confessed 'wanting to win' approach... a concept that simple doesn't really exist on here

As someone who works in fin and at a gameplaying level, I will say that none of my peers or superiors would say "top 5 FAANG". That would be tautology of sorts, not to mention out of date.
E.g. the football equivalent would be to say "I play for a top 20 Premiership side" while being in the Premier League era...... Quite an odd thing to say on numerous fronts.
The Premier League era of course being the MAMAA era.
