It doesn't really matter, Indians and Pakistanis are the same people. Muslims exist in both countries and you'll find people with that name in both countries. We were the same damn country anyway until 1947 anyway until you guys left
Point being any ethnic variation people see between the two countries are ethnic variations that exist within the two countries themselves between the communities because of how diverse the subcontinent population is. When the two countries were made, tens of millions of people from India crossed to the other side and vice versa, it was quite possibly the biggest mass migration/relocation in history and you don't develop region specific racial traits within a century.
tldr, there's no actual way to determine whether someone's "pakistani" or "Indian" based on physical features as they all are different ethnicities that are part of the south asian demographic and you'll find people of all types on both sides. Culturally though, there's a fair bit of difference even among the British offfshoot of the two populations and that may affect the attitude of a person.
