Guess the answer is you can never be sure the girl is clean.
You can minimize the risk, if she offers bareback then avoid, similarly if she appears to be strung out on drugs or booze.
Commonsense stuff really, stuff most of do anyway.

It's a risk, it would be a lie for me to say that I don't worry about give her something. But the chances are low, I try to use a bit of common sense, and try my best to see girls who are not offering more high risk services. I get myself tested as often as I can and I just try not to worry about it too much.
