Has anyone else been trying to make a booking this week and got the feeling that it must be WG holidays Peak Season?
Going through my hotlists I contacted 8 different WG's trying to arrange a booking a couple of days in advance for this week. 6 of them just blanked me. 2 were good enough to respond and say they are not working this week.
In the end I had to up my budget and look further afield to find someone suitable that was available to meet. Hopefully she doesn't cancel/no show on me. I get the feeling finding a good replacement last minute is going to be difficult.
We all get blanked occasionally, generally I put it down to a WG being too busy. But I usually hit an option by the 3rd or 4th call/text/email. Anyone else been finding it more difficult to get a response recently?
