I would be surprised if many people had seen Russian girls in so many locations.

You count the East Midlands as "up north"? 

Russian girls tend to charge more, so makes sense they tend to gravitate to where the big bucks are.

it is a sort of scam in Pattaya, the girls outside those bars are to entice you in to pay for ridiculously overpriced drinks, several years ago i thought id go in one to see what it was like, charged 250 baht (about £5 then for a bottle of san miguel light) about x 4 the price of such in a  normal bar there at that time, + a similarly overpriced drink for the gal, then there was an offer of a 5 minute lap dance for some silly price about £80 at that time, i left quite quickly !! also some nasty looking door entry guys !!  avoid if you go to Pattaya,

some guys on the pattaya forums have had a bit of look and simply managed to pull some of the russian gals whilst on the beach etc but very much the exception
