A couple of hours before the meeting I was asked to postpone it till later, then a couple of hours later the appointment was cancelled due to family problems.

Booked her on Monday for this today (Wednesday morning) and turned up at the address only to be left outside with no comms, excuse\explanation.
She seems to be completely unreliable on the basis of two attempted and failed bookings, so I'll put up a review accordingly.
