The last escort I saw had a formidable round birthmark above her right breast. I must say, it startled me a little because it was the first time I saw anything like this on a escort. I had to stop myself from looking otherwise I thought she'd be offended. When she got closer to me I asked if it was indeed a birthmark and she confirmed. She asked if it was all right, of course I was fine with it, but what would she have done anyway of I wasn't?

Maybe she would have said you can walk if you want.

Birthmarks are incredibly hard to cover up.  The make up you have to use is very thick and even when it has dried properly it still marks clothes if they rub against it especially if the person wearing the stuff is a bit sweaty.  It can also be seen when up close as it turns the skin a slightly darker shade than the natural skin and also has slightly green hues to it which can only be seen up close or in certain light.
Unfortunately no one chooses to have them  some people do and some don't.  I am sure she felt rather uncomfortable that you brought it up as it would have made her feel rather self conscious hence her asking if you minded or not.  Its not something people would normally point out to be honest as it is classed as very impolite.  A bit like pointing out a deformity on someone or a lisp or skin tags or anything else they have and cant do anything about.  I don't have one that I have seen (obviously cant look everywhere) but if I did have one that was quite noticeable and a punter took the time to point it out I would have probably asked him to leave as it would leave me feeling a bit self conscious and uncomfortable so wouldn't be in the right frame of mind to offer my best.
