With so many WGs failing to provide services as described in their ads, has anyone taken a WG to court for breach of contract?

Offline JamesKW

I suppose if you have nothing to lose family or career wise you can.

Offline Scarboroughdude

You are only paying for the time you spend with them, that’s their get out clause.

Offline Analist

How would you prove the services weren't provided?

Offline Sir Lance-a-lot

Contracts involving sexual services are unenforceable in law.

Offline m4rmite

I'd be more worried about being counter sued.

"Sir, you failed to rock her world. Smash her back doors in.  Give her 9" of beef"  etc.etc.etc

Its an immoral contract, the courts will tell you to fuck off, the press however will have a field day with you when you out yourself.

I can't be arsed to look for it, but I'm sure a punter did take legal action against a substandard hoe.  :hi:

Yes. It was due to her image not being as advertised.

Obviously the courts wouldn't be interested but what about complaints to trading standards/advertising standards authority over girls lying about their age or size ? I've recently seen a lady who claimed to be 47 but during our time she told me her son was 42 :wackogirl: And why does AW allow false ages and photos from ten years ago-surely ripping us off

Saw one called Amy who was 38 for 10 years.

Many years ago I complained to Trading Standards when I bought a porn video and it turned out to be a tourist guide to Greece. The guy at Trading Standards had lots of complaints about that shop, but what was not erotic to one man was erotic to another so hard to prove.
Only years later I thought porn was illegal, how the fuck could I have gone to court.
It would be like some one complaining to the law their heroin had been cut to much.

Because they don't give a shit.  All they care about is making money from credits.  They are making the same mistakes as backpage and likely to end up with the same result

So prostitution is considered immoral but trading in arms and tobacco is not? Strange world!

HMRC aren't bothered, I believe they've prosecuted several WGs for Tax Evasion!

You're being a damn sight more diplomatic than I would have been!

Never sure about the "immoral contracts" thing (and I have a certain knowledge of matters legal). Prostitution itself  (the act of selling sex for money) is not and never has been illegal - Plod could not prosecute a lone WG for working from home. Everything else associated with prostitution is, though (kerb crawling, soliciting, more than one girl in a flat, renting flat for purposes of prostitution, not paying tax, etc), soooooo "technically" you might be able to bring a case, but who's going to bother? Just post a negative review on here - far more likely to buck their ideas up...
