Have you tried extra thin condoms and getting the girl to put them on either mouth so you are not aware of it so don't think about it. I had this problem for quite a while while punting.

What I did was refrain from porn and wanking for two weeks before a punt. After a lot of porn and hard wanking your mind gets accustomed to it and lazy and only seems to get feeling from that.

If you suffer from "collapse of stout party" (as they used to say in Punch) as soon as  the condom goes on, then I suspect that your problem is mainly psychological;  you have wanted so badly to fuck a real live girl instead of wanking, that excitement has been getting the better of you, and the more you worry about it the worse it will become.  Next punt take it very easy, tell the girl your problem immediately at the start and ask her to try out all her tricks on you to make you cum before she gets the condom out.  In the meantime take it easy stop thinking about sex and don`t wank so much.
