Author Topic: Bristol - best hotels for outcalls?  (Read 2285 times)

Offline mikef2008

End of June, I will be on a work trip to Bristol, finally a chance to punt again! I am booked in at the Mercure in the city centre but don't know how convenient it is for getting a WG to visit me. For instance, do the lifts need a keycard? I think I might be able to change the hotel, so if the Mercure isn't WG-friendly then any other suggestions would be welcome
Cheers

Offline YoungPunter

The Mercure is a nice place and does not need a keycard for the lifts.
Parking, however, is a nightmare, their own BPA parking building is very cramped and would leave a couple of scratches or dents in your car. Even after you pay for the parking at the reception, you would get a notice and have to resolve it with ParkingEye and send your statements and parking tickets. The hotel cares less once you are out. :scare:
I am sorry, I cannot recommend any other hotels

Offline mikef2008

Cheers - good to hear about the lift and the tip about the parking. Just out of interest, do you think the location of the reception is a problem when it comes to sneaking in a hottie WG?
Thanks again

The hotel did not care to check if I am a key worker or a business-related booking when I booked the hotel a couple or three weeks ago, it would care less who comes to meet whom unless she puts up a show herself and wears a placard written ESCORT on it :D
I doubt even in that case, they give a shit

I've never seen an escort in a hotel either in my room or as their place of work whilst on tour.

I have however had more than one civy back to my room when working away many years ago.

No one ever seemed to care, why would they so long as you're paying for a room? I can see where they might not like an obvious WG using it for a week with men coming and going all day long. But as a Punter bringing one girl back for the night? Can't imagine they'd care whether its an escort, a GF or a one night stand  :unknown:

Cheers guys, much appreciated

I use the Mercure chain all over the country... staff are generally top drawer and couldn’t care less as long as it’s discrete.

I visited a SP in the Mercure a couple of times and I parked free in Asda, about a five minute walk away.  I think you can have up to 2 hours free parking there.

Offline Urban_G

I once saw a girl there and got a bit lost trying to find her room. Tried to navigate my way avoiding reception only to get to a locked door. Had to walk back past reception to go the normal way but staff didn't bat an eyelid. I think when I left I used the exit leading to the car park so you could get her to use that when arriving.

Not so good if OP is staying at the hotel and needs long term parking.

Online Colston36

I have never had any trouble in any Bristol hotel and I've used a few.

I was thinking more about somewhere he could suggest for a visiting SP to park, depending, of course, on her length of visit.

Thanks everyone for all your tips and advice!

The Ibis beside Temple Meads station is cheap and basic but staff are decent and it’s close by.
Only stayed there through work (stingy bastards) but might suit if she’s travelling.

Offline bristolnick

IBIS on the Harbourside is good. East to bypass security. The Double Tree is good as the lifts are on the ground floor and reception is on the  1st floor.

Offline redveee

Travelodge Mitchell Lane has a basement carpark and lift or stairs to upper floors and reception is on first floor.

I like scoping out places... it’s all part of the fun isn’t it like a detective... private dick.

I saw an escort in her room at the Holiday Inn beside Temple Meads station a few years ago. No problem getting parked there or visiting her room.

Mercure city center(with horrible parking) is different to the one 5 mins walk from Asda. I got 3rd degree interrogation from city center Mercure on Friday evening. I gave him identity card and then he asked for me to prove shifts. Then walked over to me plus girl and asked if we lived together. We styled it out and she said yes. Wasn't comfortable though.

It's good to know tips on places where you can bypass reception to get to room is needed. Mercure north has a side door open during covid as part of their 1 way system.

Thanks for this TT! I think it *is* the city centre Mercure I'm going to be staying in. Crap. Will double-check it, see if I can get it changed.

Agreed, the Mercure on Welshback is a bit of a challenge to get past reception, unless they're really busy.
Stayed there once or twice when work's sent me late to Bristol on evening jobs, it's a tricky one.

The Thistle hotel is not far from the Mercure and easier to slip in, as is the Marriott, but both are a bit pricey.

Ibis (Harbourside or Temple Meads) is better, just be aware the Temple Meads one has a bouncer on the door on Friday nights and probably weekends too, to keep out the p*ssheads. You need to have either a doorcard already, or look like you're about to book in.

Don't even bother with Premier Inn on Queen Square, reception's impossible to avoid.

I used to travel a lot and didn’t have any problems inviting WG’s to my room. The Mecure will be fine as the reception area is way over to the left as you enter the hotel.

In my opinion the biggest issue will be finding a decent outcall punt in Bristol at the moment. I would recommend booking an incall instead and getting an Uber to her place

All going well in June should be sound in nearly every hotel just meet outside if you need a card for lift etc most don’t care only time they’re problematic is when I paid with cash wasn’t putting just needed a room for the night apart from that never had  issues.

Novotel and Hilton Garden inn were ok last time I stayed. Lifts were not carded and away from reception. There’s plenty of metered street parking around there but sometimes that’s restricted by roadworks

Offline updownandaround

I have used the Marriott on Park Street. Both sets of lifts are away from reception. Bit on the pricier side but dirt cheap on a Sunday. Lots of on street parking on Deanery Road and in Millenium Square.

Offline Prifessionallondinguy

In Plymouth one girl is fucking clients in a garage.  Easier I guess?
Although she has to pick you up in her car and you have to duck in the back seat.  :D

Offline letsbeavenue

The Novotel was very good last time I was there

Offline omoc

It's not in the centre but External Link/Members Only is more of a motel than hotel on the way to the airport. Most rooms are accessed by their own outside door and reception is in the main building.
If staying in any of the keyboard hotels i have always asked for two cards when checking in. That way you can meet the SP outside discretely, give them a key card, and enter seperately. Just have to remember to get the key card back before they leave👍

Offline Man99999

Doubletree in the centre is decent, does require a key card but there's a lift level at ground floor below reception. So you can meet there and pop straight up

Not quite a hotel but if you want to try something a bit unique there's an airbnb in bristol near the station that lets you rent out caravans inside a warehouse setting done up like some mock camp site, so if you are doing a slightly longer session and want to recapture some feeling of doing the dirty while out camping it can be fun.

Only used it once but the entire process of checking in and out is automated, if it's an afternoon the place is empty of other guests (who keep to themselves anyway) and it's reasonably cheap depending which caravan you book

:D Wouldn’t the rocking of a lightly built plastic caravan and screams of passion give the game away?  :D

no one else around til late in the evening. I stayed there when I first moved to Bristol for a few nights and the place was empty til 9pm/10pm.

And when I had a lady friend over for one night recently, I'm pretty sure every other caravan there was booked for much the same reason, just some were genuine couples and some might have been arranged financially

Be a good spot for a swingers meet?
Caravan swapping?

you can for a set price book out the entire caravan park for a night. So a swingers group could in theory pool their money book out the entire place and just use the caravans as private spots. Like I said it's done up like some sort of faux camp ground, so there is a a bar setup, pool, sofas etc set up all around and the whole thing is automated, as long as no one leaves a massive cumstain on the sofa or something you could turn it into a pretty chill swinger spot for one night or some other sort of group activity.

I don't understand the point about shifts?

IBIS Harbourside is good for punting.  I've visited there frequently.  I'd be very surprised if there is any Bristol WG who hasn't been rogered in every room of that establishment.  Staff are relaxed about it (I recall one WG I did there telling me that they saw her ask for extra towels every week and must know what was going on - she even got invited to a drinks reception in recognition of her loyalty)

I live too close to Bristol to justify a night in a hotel.  But if I had one, I'd make use of it for Outcall-Only Melody:

I’ve stayed at the Novotel . Nobody bothers you , just walk straight to the lifts . Not seen anyone they .but looks safe
