I've got a couple of threads bookmarked but can't say how up to date they are, this one is Manchester but 5-6 years old, half have probably shut by now but a good starting point and perhaps people could update it  :cry:

The new version of the Manchester forum has a list of non-Asian Manchester parlours (hidden under "Articles")
Not so good for outside Manchester
