I hope you told the prossie off as well.  There is no excuse to work during your period and I know some do when they have been working for awhile, mainly because on some places they are told it is ok to do so if using a sponge.  However if she is that new and you were her first she would not have been told it is ok, so she just decided it didn't matter and she obviously didn't even bother using a sponge. 
I wouldn't be happy with her if it was me as it is YOUR health she is putting at risk.

I have done in the past. Very likely would feel stressed for a day or 2 after if it happened now but probably not be as stressed and not race down the GUM. Best I know really nasty stuff needs a more direct route than through the skin, course best I know isn't 100%

What I would do is post a review on here with a warning about her cos that is a bloody pisstake (only happened to me once a while back) and she deserves to get off to a rocky start cos of it.

Forgive me if this is stating the obvious, but have you asked the agency if she showed them any test results to show she is clean when they took her on? Yes, yes I know these can be faked or useless but it might give you a little peace of mind in the time before you get tested, which, as mentioned, you need to wait for in order to allow any nasties to establish themselves to the point of being detectable.

I would say it seems you know the best course of action. The GUM advise everyone to go once every 3 months anyway so it cannot be of any harm waiting 3 weeks and then going for the quarterly checkup then

Happened to me once (a long time ago), I was very worried too.  Get yourself checked out in a couple of weeks.  In the meantime you could call the GUM clinic and ask for a callback from a doctor or nurse.  They might put your mind at rest of at least put your worries into perspective.

This, unless you have any open wounds, sores etc around where the blood came into contact the risk really is small tiny infact, skin is a great barrier in its self.
Don't panic, as others have said get checked in a week or so, and then again in 6months for anything that takes longer to show, but in the meantime chill winston

I am not a doctor so you need to go ask one, but it is my understanding that anything really nasty needs to get into your bloodstream.
Normally when barebacking someone whos infected any nastys have a chance to work a way into your system through your urethra.
 In your case its a little bit of blood smeared on your bell end for a few seconds so unless its covered in cuts or spots, the only other way into your system is into your japs eye and from what you said thats remote and even more remote that whatever small amount made it in then infects you, if she had anything at all.
