How do apps like Nova, App Lock and Hide App show in your phone's activity history?

I haven't been caught out but I noticed on Android if you open Chrome > History > my activity, all the apps you've used every day are there to see. You can't see what's been done within non-Google apps, but a suspicious partner could find this list and ask some awkward questions about the presence and usage of certain apps.

I access tinder through incognito browser but have often wondered how hidden it would actually be if I had the app and used Hide App etc

You can restrict them from recents etc so no issues

9. Perform Google image search if no ukp data found

There may be better ones out there, but I find the following chrome plug in useful for image searches. It will search against Google, Yandex, Bing and TinEye all in one go via the right click menu on an image.

This is what I do anyhow;

1. Use a lo-tech non smart punting 'feature' phone eg:  External Link/Members Only

2. If using a PC, Laptop or Netbook, use a 'live boot' linux distribution. You can even do this with old machines with no hard drive whatsoever.
I just have a usb that I plug into my laptop when I want to look at who-ers or porn.
Meaning it doesn't touch the hard drive, when I switch the laptop off, that particular installation (that only existed in RAM), disappears until the next time I switch
the  machine on with that usb plugged in, at which time a new installation pops into existance.  You can buy them or make your own, just need an old 4gig usb or above.

3. Use a separate old Satnav (not one built into your car).

4. If you do have a smartphone, try to stop the f'ing thing 'syncing' with everything else in your home else it will pinpoint your whereabouts.

My goodness I'm old fashioned and definitely 'smart' device averse   :D

Some very useful tips on here -
in addition to some of those that are IT/Tech based there are others ones like common sense - admittedly this is hard in the throes of a hard on but its all about the planning. so

Dress casually and try not to wear something that stands out and gives you away. Non descript is better than wearing say brand new white sneakers.
Do let someone know where you are going. This is quite hard to do but what would happen if you ended up with the real wrong sort ?  A punter in crime perhaps ? or some record  that can tell the police (if it unfortunately comes to that ) where you ended up . Maybe text your main phone  (from your burner phone ) the address of where you are going to.

No.  Just no.

This is like worrying about getting hit by lightning or eaten by a wolf.  Or a werewolf. Could happen.  But won't.  So the (probability adjusted) effect of the mitigation is greater than the (probability adjusted) effect of the event.

Not a tech tip, but I remove anything from my wallet that has my name on it before I punt with a new WG.

Use aurora store instead of play store

Use secure folder on samsung phones

Yep can confirm secure folder is amazing. I made a punting Google account just to sync contacts and also sync pictures to Google Drive.

Using dual sim now, the damage is done for all previous punts but going forward I only use the punting sim and when I'm at home I disable the sim.

I like Secure Folder because then your Google Chrome is totally separate from personal account, can leave tabs of WGs or porn or whatever else.

I just wish SMS messages for sim 2 could be kept in secure folder as well but sadly this isn't possible. For that reason my phone has a pin code, fingerprint lock etc and the wife will never access my phone until there is a way to hide the SMS.
