My absolute pet peeve.  Such a waste of space, it's just extra guff to scroll through in looking for rates and phone number.

Saw this one today, a particularly good/bad example.  I guess it's an erection.

There is no best, they are all a crappy waste of space that show no imagination and are the product of having too much spare time.

A tip for rapid scrolling of a web page (to get quickly past the garbage) - just hold down the space bar, and the page scrolls rapidly. This works in IE and Chrome, not checked Firefox.

To scroll quickly up a page, hold down the shift key and the space bar.
