I am assuming that a WG will possibly provide a better service if she knows there might be a review on AW that could affect future business.
Reviews on AW are possible only for completed bookings as far as I am aware. I am assuming that a WG will possibly provide a better service if she knows there might be a review on AW that could affect future business. In other words, if the booking is only by phone, she might not put in as much effort cos she knows there won't be AW feedback.Any views or experience? Apologies if this has been discussed previously.
