Ludicrously priced AW clips

I see this reasonably often for instance one SP I looked at this morning offering a 3 second clip for 4.20 credits.
Surely nobody is paying that and it would be a lot more profitable to ask a reasonable price and clip length.

I don't mind paying £4.20, but 3 seconds, is too short of a clip to give a good idea of the SP, shape and sizes and etc.

Just looked this up in the help section, which may be available without being logged in. Minimum for a movie is 0.50 credits (VAT then added on top to get the displayed price).

Occasionally, if I'm very interested in making a first-time booking, but have some niggling doubt about her appeal which might derail it, I might pay an unreasonable amount for a candid pic or video. £10 for a clip is too much for my tastes, but in context of what might be a find which has caught my attention and the £000 I'll be paying on the booking, it might be worth it. More often than not though, that's not the case, and, like you, I begrudge a high pay-per-view, and skip it altogether.

I'm guessing the SPs that opt for high view viewing prices are weighing the risk of their being seen and judged vs the increased chances of lost revenue - both direct from videos, or from bookings which, as a result, don't happen.

Yes I always purchase 30 credits and use the freeviews for movies or PGs if they are pricey.

No, you get one free view per £10 spent. But there is a minimum £30 spend to qualify. So you get none for £20. But you get 3 for £30.

AW video prices used to be based on the size of the file (I'm not sure if they still are)

So if the video is recorded at very high resolution (eg 4k) the file will be very big, but the length quite short.
