South East / Rak Thai Massage & Spa in Maidstone - A hidden gem!

I was in Maidstone for work and wanted to get a massage in during the evening. My first choice was Veronica, but her phone went straight to voicemail. My second choice was the Erawan massage place but a combination of previous reviews saying how expensive it was and how much of a walk it was compared to where I parked meant I passed on that too. My final one was a post I saw on Gumtree of a massage place on Union Street near the town centre. I walked up Union Street and found Rak Thai. Turns out this wasn't actually the place I saw on Gumtree but damn am I glad I found it.
I walked in and a rather cute shy Asian lady, around 35ish came downstairs and showed me up to a room. The stairs were so narrow and steep but found myself in room with a massage table and a bed. Good sign. She then proceeded to turn on the heater on both the massage table and bed, something I've not seen before. Got undressed but kept my boxers on, which I always do at a new place as I don't want to assume regardless of the signs. Laid down on the bed and despite the warm day, enjoyed the fact it was a heated massage table. First time I've experienced this and it would be a massive benefit when it's cold outside. Big plus points in my eyes.
