In my experience havent heard good things about them in general, but there may be something I dont know
Personally I've generally found the reputable oriental agencies to be good.
Efficient, usually (but not always) good to excellent recommendations once they get to know you through repeat custom and easy to deal with.
Back in the day when the talent was far greater and far more abundant I could easily and very often get a last minute booking with a girl of my choice at almost any time I wanted, via one of the several good agencies. I find this to be practically impossible with adultwork
My experience with adultwork is that, yes it's generally cheaper, but getting hold of the girl you want is far more hit n miss and occasionally seemingly mpossible
My good punt to bad punt ratio is far higher with agencies than with adultwork, so my default first choice will always be agencies over adultwork for orientals
So far I have only managed to punt with one oriental via adultwork, Apple Pie, who provided a punt that matched up to some of the greatest punts I've ever had with agency girls
